Application area:: it is used in the confectionery industry for the production of flour confectionery: sugar, oat types of cookies, muffins, in the manufacture of cream toppings for bars and sweets, fat toppings for waffles, cream toppings, biscuit rolls, cakes, as well as for the production of bakery products. It combines well with other fats that are in the filling.

Composition: sunflower oil in natural and partially hydrogenated form, palm oil and its fractions in variable proportions, emulsifier E471, antioxidant E320, E321.
